The Process of building your house extension and loft conversion in London

1. INITIAL DESIGN & SURVEY

The first stage is for KiFusion to meet you and review your visions and plans for your new build, loft conversion, or house extension. We will assess what is possible and realistic in terms of design, function, planning, and budget. We will then provide you with a proposal and, once confirmed, a survey of your property will take place.

2. CONCEPTUAL DESIGNS

We will create a detailed set of architectural drawings that can be used for planning purposes and to base your project costs on.

3. PLANNING

Our team will put forward the designs for you if planning permission is necessary for your project and will follow your application progress. Should your project require liaising with the local authority, We will also manage this.

4. STRUCTURAL & DETAILED DRAWINGS

We will submit your application, with detailed technical drawings and any required structural details and calculations, for building control approval and coordinate with Building Control regarding any necessary changes.

5. PARTY WALL MATTERS

If you require a party wall agreement with your neighbour, we can help you with appropriate notices once building control drawings have been completed.

6. CONSTRUCTION

Before we start on site, we will draw up a schedule of works that reflect the final design and scope of works. You will have a contact on-site who will liaise with your project manager to provide regular updates, communication, and reviews on progress.
